Corrections, sizing questions, or a bike you think we should test:

Email: [email protected]

We read everything. Sizing questions get answered fastest if you include your child's age, inseam in inches, and where they'll ride. Please note we can't provide individual safety advice — for that, your local bike shop can fit a child in person.

Before you email

Many sizing questions are already answered faster by our sizing guide and size chart than by waiting on a reply. If those don't cover your situation — an unusual inseam, a bike with no listed seat-height range, or a choice between two close sizes — email us the specifics and we'll do our best with what we know.

What we can help with

Sizing questions checked against our guides, corrections to a spec, price or claim on any review or guide, and suggestions for a bike or piece of gear we haven't covered yet.

What we can't help with

Individual safety assessments, warranty or return disputes with a retailer or manufacturer, and order or shipping problems — those go through Amazon or the seller directly, not us. We also don't run a phone line or a live chat; email is the only channel we check.

Response time

We're a small team and answer email in whatever time is left after testing bikes and updating pages, so allow a few days rather than a few hours, and longer over a weekend. Corrections to a live price or spec get priority, since those affect a real buying decision someone is making right now.

Errors and price changes

If a price bracket, weight or seat-height figure looks wrong, tell us which page and what you found, ideally with a link to the current listing. We'll check our numbers against it and correct the page.

What we don't do

We don't accept sponsored posts, paid guest articles, or paid link placements of any kind. See our affiliate disclosure for how the site is actually funded.
